Truly focused on the mind-body-spirit connection, I guide students through one hour yoga sessions in a private setting. The daily practice and sequences will be personalized with healing and specific goals in mind. By creating space within the body and connecting breath with movement, you will see an improved quality of life! Originally, yoga was taught one-on-one, passing knowledge and experience from teacher to disciple. Understanding the importance of individualizing yoga to meet the needs of each student, I offer private yoga sessions for new, continuing and experienced practitioners.  Begin your practice, get deeper insight into specific postures, set specific goals, or simply work to improve flexibility and mobility with personal guidance.

New Students – I will introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga postures and breathing techniques. I customize yoga sequences to meet your specific needs. Depending on your preference, I offer hands-on assists to ensure that you develop an understanding of body alignment in a safe and beneficial way. Discover a lifestyle that will give you balance, strength, and peace both mentally and physically.

Experienced Students – Together we can dig deeper into the specific areas of yoga that you would like to expand on. We will work on incorporating more advanced postures into your practice while simultaneously practicing non non-attachment. I can help you achieve your goals with yoga through in depth instruction tailored specifically for you.
