Are you interested in taking your practice to the next level? I offer Personalized Yoga sessions for YOUR needs! I can help you set up a home practice, as well as tailor specific yoga sequences to meet your goals.

All you need is enough space to move around, a yoga mat, water, a computer or iPad and good wifi connection. Sessions can take place on either Skype or FaceTime.

I will customize personalized yoga flows for your needs. Each session is 45 minutes long and tailored to your specific goals and needs. After purchase you will be emailed an intake form that will help me form a plan for you. Allow more time for the first session so we can discuss everything before we begin.
